Sometimes a slice of cake is just too hard to resist. Take a look at this hazelnut, mocha, meringue and sponge stack from Togninis - yes it tastes as good as it looks. Actually it tastes even better as it looks very rich but is delightfully light with a good sprinkling of crunch from some toasted walnuts. Do yourself a favour and try it, but don't even look in the cake cabinet if you are on a diet - it's too hard to resist. I tried it at Togninis Spring Hill but you'll probably find it at Milton and the State Library as well. Enjoy!
