Freestyle Tout lunch


Freestyle Tout has long been known as a great place for dessert but now it offers much more.

Lunch today was a chance to check out part of chef Nicholas Cooper's lunch special which is a GFC buster. The offer is a two-course set menu and a glass of wine for $30 per person. The first course choices are Smoked lamb rack served with potato bake, cheese stuffed zucchini flowers and green beans or Barramundi and a very tasty Snapper risotto with big chunks of snapper.

We shared some white chocolate raspberry brioche dumplings with white plus dark dipping sauce (because we were really bad), liqueur raspberries and vanilla bean ice cream. Delicious and easy to share with friends.
