If you are a little daunted by the idea of cooking the Christmas feast or have the reputation as 'the one who burnt the turkey', take yourself along to Airport Village on December 10 and 11.
Airport Village is located in Northern Brisbane, just off Airport Drive, and they are staging a Christmas Feast Masterclass Weekend to show Brisbane foodies and novices how to cook-up the perfect Christmas feast from easy entrees to tasty mains.
Popular effervescent celebrity chef Alastair McLeod will be sharing his culinary secrets and audience members will get to sample the results and sip on perfectly-matched complimentary wine chosen by the experts at Dan Murphy’s.
James St Cooking School and Novotel Executive Chef, Daniel Gough, will also share his secrets and recipes in interactive and practical cooking demonstrations.
If that's not enough to get you there, expect prizes up for grabs including $200 dining vouchers and Villeroy & Boch homewares.
The Christmas Feast Masterclass Weekend will be held from 11am to 1:30pm on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 December near the entrance to Woolworths at The Village Markets, opposite DFO.
