The Night Noodle Markets will be in the Cultural Forecourt, South Bank (near the Wheel of Brisbane) from June 17 to 27 starting at 5pm during the week and 4pm on weekends. There will be 25 food stalls and nightly entertainment.
Here’s how to make the perfect gin and tonic
Ingredients
30ml gin (Tanqueray of course)
Good quality tonic water
Ice
Lime wedge
Method
Fill the glass two –thirds with ice, add the gin, follow with the tonic.
Then take the lime wedge and rim the glass.
Squeeze and dunk (the lime wedge, not that cute guy/gal standing next to you)
