Join Serge Danserau's French Kitchen book launch at Drift

Culinary legend, chef Serge Dansereau will launch his much anticipated book French Kitchen at Drift on November 30 at a dinner for food lovers and in particular those who admire French cuisine.

Serge Dansereau's latest book French Kitchen is a compilation of 230 classic French recipes all carefully designed to make French food accessible to the everyday Australian cook. Serge Dansereau combines his love of French technique with quality Australian produce and home cooking.

The three course dinner will feature key dishes from French Kitchen and the opportunity to meet Serge Dansereau and share in the excitement of his latest literary triumph.
