The market runs from 6.30 to 11am and boasts over 70 stalls with all the perfect, in-season ‘traditional’ Christmas produce.
Crispy white cauliflower, crunchy sprouts, roasting root vegetables are available at the finest quality, fresh fruit and vegetables straight from the farmer.
Hams and poultry can be purchased fresh directly from the farmer and you can also take a moment to talk to them about the sustainable and humane animal-husbandry practiced on their farms.
There’s Christmas activities for the whole family, including Christmas carols sung by The Moggill Singers and special guest, local opera singer, Rebecca Cassidy.
Special guest and local Kate Vaisutis, author of ‘Our Favourite Things’, will host storytelling at Kid’s Corner, alongside the usual craft activities.
The Moggill Markets is a not-for-profit farmers market that is a hub for foodies and local community alike.
Proceeds from the market will contribute to the Moggill Markets ongoing commitment to supporting the feeding of the Brisbane homeless, through Club 139.
