Come celebrate the French way this Bastille Day at Limes on Wednesday July 14 from 5pm. An evening of Parisian influence and style on the roof top... Enjoy and experience the sultry sounds of live jazz music from 7pm. We have a Bastille Day, French inspired menu designed by chef Gemma Elliot. A lucky prize will held on the night for the best “Francois” outfit and will feature a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Champagne, 1 nights’ accommodation at Limes Hotel, Complimentary Limes signature cocktail or glass of house wine at the roof top bar and delicious Chocolates on arrival. From Marilyn Domenech - The French really know how to celebrate and one of our most amazing memories is watching the Bastille Day military parade some years ago in Paris. Racecourse Road may not be the Champs Elysee but we intend to do some partying ourselves this year. We have booked a terrific band, Viva La Musica, which plays jazzy renditions of popular French music -- they were a sensation last year with people up dancing. Big choice of French dishes from our normal menu + $10pp cover charge for the band (07) 3268 6168.
